The program of the multidisciplinary baccalaureate 50.03.01 "Arts and Humanities" is developed on the basis of innovative world educational strategies and is based on the principle of liberal education and the integration of arts and humanities. "Arts and Humanities" is referred to the interdisciplinary educational field ("Liberal Arts" in the United States, "Arts and Humanities" in Europe). Within the framework of the course, interdisciplinary specialists who are able to work not only in traditional spheres of culture and art (museum, theater, concert hall, advertising agency, publishing house, archive, exhibition hall, auction, etc.), but also in the field of creative entrepreneurship and culture management are trained.
Within the educational process, two educational pathways are identified. The first is the preparation of a culturologist and an art historian of a broad profile with an interdisciplinary orientation. The main task of the second trajectory is the preparation of a manager in the field of culture, a specialist in applied cultural studies.
Classes are conducted in the format of interactive forms of learning using the methods of business games, multimedia technologies and presentation of sociocultural projects. For the purpose of practical mastering various art fields, students are given the opportunity to attend creative classes in the art of photography, music, museum design, etc. In the process of training, master classes by renowned gallery owners, designers, curators in the field of contemporary art, architects and artists, media artists and art critics, specialists in the field of creative industries, radio and TV, producers and art managers, filmmakers and musicians, fashion stylists and many others are actively promoted.

The graduates of the direction can work in the practical sphere of culture and art (the curator of contemporary art, the head of the socio-cultural project, the manager in the sphere of culture - the director of the cultural cluster, the theater, the advertising holding, art critic, museum expert, art and film critic, record producer) and in the field of management and communications (manager of an advertising agency and PR-technologist, brand manager and marketer in the art and show business, curator of humanitarian actions in commercial structures, general manager of the media holding company, and others).
