In order to achieve a desired result, a Civil lawyer should be a professional who is well equipped with profound knowledge and experience in legal procedures. Practical training is a mandatory component of the post-graduate curriculum. It consists in a number of practical activities such as teaching certain subjects, class activity management, scientific and methodical work on a subject, and acquisition of necessary teaching skills. The aim of teaching practicum is the study of basics of pedagogical, educational and methodical work at the institutions of higher education; mastering teaching skills in conducting classes on various subjects from the specialization curriculum. The main objective of teaching practicum is to show the results of comprehensive psychological, pedagogical, socio-economic and IT readiness of a post-graduate for teaching activities. Besides, post-graduates have access to fieldwork in government agencies, Russian and international companies.
