A corporate lawyer is not just a legal counsel, he\she is a management team member, a full participant in the formulation of the enterprise strategy. The role of the lawyer in the firm can be compared to the role of the navigator, whose task is to carry out a ship on maps and navigational devices through the reefs and the banks to the destination, without a catastrophe. The task of the corporate lawyer is not to say: "allowed" or "forbidden". He has to help in developing business, making it be within the law, effective, profitable. The amount of performed functions is the main difference between the concepts of a lawyer and a corporate lawyer. Solving the narrow focused problems being connected with the Organization's internal aims is the task of a corporate lawyer.
